School Supplies

The following are a list of school supplies each student needs on the first day of school. Teachers may have additional supply needs at the start of school or throughout the year.

Required supplies for all students:   

• backpack
• 1 pencil pouch
• 24 - #2 pencils (mechanical or traditional) 
• 12 pens (blue, black, red)
• 4 - college-ruled composition notebooks 
• 1 - 1in. three ring binder
• headphones/earbuds

Requested for community use: (If you are able to contribute, please drop these items at the Main Office.) We are not picky about the brand!

• 4 – reams white copy paper
• 4 – boxes Kleenex type tissue
• 4 – boxes of #2 pencils
• 2 – pack dry erase markers (assorted colors)
• college-ruled compositions notebooks
• highlighters

Sports participation fees – Fall Sports start Thursday, September 4!

Middle school sports participants are required to have a Sports Physical prior to beginning any sport. Physicals are valid for two years. Contact your family doctor for an appointment or call the Healthpoint Clinic on the Evergreen Campus at 206-835-2615.

FREE sports physicals for Cascade student athletes may be available (based on eligibility requirements). ONLINE registration required.
